Official Call for Entries marks opening of four-phase Design Challenge
San Diego architect James Brown of Public Architecture & Development, in partnership with Friends of Friendship Park and Via International, have announced the official launch of BUILD
THAT PARK! Design Challenge. A primary element of the BUILD THAT PARK! campaign, the Design Challenge is comprised of four distinct Design Phases, with the results of each to influence the overall design evolution of an International Friendship Park at the westernmost end of the US-Mexico border. The Design Challenge will culminate with dual exhibitions in the U.S. and Mexico in August, 2021, as part of the 50th Anniversary Observance of Friendship Park.
